ABOUT
I wrote my first program at 12.
I have not stopped since.
In 1997, I built a vegetable inventory system in GW-BASIC in my school computer lab. My father had lost his business when I was in 3rd class. There was no safety net. Everything I learned, I learned by doing.

The Corporate Years
After my Master's in Telecommunication from Iqra University Karachi, I moved into leadership — Director IT right after graduation, then National Manager IT at Faraz Foods and Best Foods, managing operations across all branches. I was climbing the corporate ladder. I was also building a hosting business on the side.
The Leap
In 2009, I quit. Walked away from a stable career and opened a shop in Jalil Town, Gujranwala. Rent: PKR 2,500/month. My brothers Zain and Faizan joined me. Three people, one room, and the conviction that we could build something that mattered.
Building Scale
We took on everything — networking, security, software, server management. In 2012, I registered PITS Pvt Ltd and won the Pakistan Army ISP project: towers and fiber across 72 units for 30 Corps. That changed our scale.
Over the years: the State Bank of Pakistan for security consulting. NADRA for network infrastructure. Pakistan Air Force for security systems. Standard Chartered through Chip Training & Consulting. Institutions that demand reliability chose us.
The Product Pivot
In 2017, I stopped doing services and focused purely on products. Built 19 of them — cloud ERP, hospital management, WhatsApp automation, content platforms, hosting, licensing. Some survived. Some I killed deliberately.
Today
Rapinova LLC in Wyoming. Then Dubai. Three countries, 30+ engineers. Every product funded by the revenue of the one before it. No venture capital. No angel rounds. I still write code. I do not believe in founders who stop building.
“I worked harder than anyone around me, for longer than most are willing to. I started at 12. I have not taken a break since. That is what it costs to build something real from nothing.”
